B-day brunching in Oslo

Last weekend we celebrated our girlfriend, Rikke’s birthday at Tjuvholmen in Oslo. We started the celebration with brunch at Sanoma, which is a Korean Asian fusion restaurant. I have never been to before, but the food was really good, as well as the vibe. It is truly something magical about being social again. I think everyone has been craving human connection on a different level after a corona. Obviously, there are still strict rules in Oslo, but Norway has been dealing pretty well with this situation.
After brunch, we all went to another restaurant/ bar named ‘‘bar Tjuvholmen’’. They make the best spicy margaritas! Wich is my favorite drink by far.

Oslo weekend summed up

Hey everyone!


I hope you are all safe during this really sad times. Even tho I feel very safe back in Norway, it feels sad with what’s going on in the USA, especially after living in Minnesota. I stay in touch with some friends back there, and it’s a tough situation for everyone and what they are dealing with daily. My thoughts go to everyone who gets effected in this situation.

On Friday some girlfriends invited me over for wine and a girls-night-out. It feels like those random nights, who are not planned, always are ending up with being the most fun ones! We headed to Tjuvholmen a bit later on where we had some food and drinks at ‘‘Bar Tjuvholmebn’’, and enjoyed the summer night together.

Since I had already committed to a trip out in the woods with a sleepover, there was no time for a lazy Sunday.
I packed up my stuff and got ready for tenting in the woods with some friends. We drove to a place called ‘‘Sørkedalen’’, parked the car and walked about 6 km into the woods, where we camped up our tent next to the water. The rest of the group already arrived a little before us and had already started getting comfortable and making some food.
Summer night like this in Scandinavia cant be described, they must be experienced. The darkness never arrives, the moon was clear and beautiful and the landscape is breathtaking. It was truly a great experience. The next day we woke up, took a morning swim, and made breakfast. Its been a while since last time I went camping in the woods, but it will defiantly happen again this summer!

denim on denim <3 and new partnership!

Hoping everyone enjoys the sunny days, here in Oslo the summer has finally arrived. Feels amazing to walk in nature, wear fewer layers of clothes, and feel the sun on the skin again! Right now I am obsessed with denim, and love mixing and matching different denim looks together, feels very timeless, and hard to go wrong with denim in general! Easy to dress up or down, for every day or a chic ‘‘going out’’ look.



I am still in between moving into my new apt and stressing with getting settled in, and working from home! As I have been struggling quite a lot with the skin, with both pigmentation and acne I am excited to see the results this summer.
